Pearls Before Swine Art Show & Reception

Oct. 21 and 23. Kicks off the Hogeye Festival with a showcase of some of the finest works of art in our area. This year a new addition of a Youth Section of the art show will include the works of Elgin’s up and coming generation of artists. In addition to the exhibition of the finest art works, there will be a silent auction with items generously donated by area merchants and artists to generate funds for scholarships. Meet and visit with the artists whose work has been selected from a panel of judges for this show. Enjoy the experience of appreciating art with your neighbors. Enjoy some refreshments while bidding on items donated for the silent auction. All proceeds from the show and auction are used to fund scholarships for Elgin area students wishing to continue their education in art. Hosted by Mike and Sunny Jewell at Jewell’s Art Photography Studios' new location at 119 W. 2nd Street. Call or see website for entry information and form.
